Before paying a reseller
- Ask for the series name, size and design. Check whether the price buys one mystery box, an opened doll or a whole set.
- Ask for clear photos of the actual doll, box and tags. A stock photo shows the design, not what the seller will send.
- Ask where the seller bought it and read recent feedback. Reviews and Pop Mart logos do not prove that a particular doll is real.
- Read the delivery estimate, return terms and how to make a claim if something is wrong. Add shipping and tax before comparing prices.
