It’s the last post of 2008! And let me tell you it won’t be a very lively post LOL… Take out your travel insurance as you ride into 2009 with me!! LOL I don’t have too much to say. The kids are driving me INSANE and I can’t wait for them to go back to school. SOON!! Monday!! What a lovely day that will be!! They are doing pretty good, but it’s getting to be were they fight more then they play and they really just need the structure of school again. So I a break. I’ve slept more of the days away then anything! Thank god my hubby has had some time off. I need the help! LOL

It’s been crazy here. We’ve been so busy preparing for the Thanksgiving holiday and just getting ready for winter. I’ve had to do major shopping in this house. It seems NONE of my family has ANY winter clothes!! The kids both needed new pants and sweaters as they’ve grown so much. I lost the rest of the weight I wanted too and although I was able to fit back in my OLD pants I needed new sweaters, so I had to get some new ones. My hubby has toned and lost alot too and he needs new everything!! So I’ve been shopping all around. The dog got a haircut and even HE needed a sweater!! It’s too cold for him to go outside with nothing on with all his hair gone. He needed the haircut though. He was starting to get some small mats and I wanted him nice and groomed before winter really set in. So I did all of that. Hopefully now that the kiddos have some new clothes I can get them up for some photos!! You know mom’s always thinking of that!! *wink*

The kids got a new movie. They are all over Wall-e. I have no idea what they find in that movie that is SO good but they love it. We use the PS3 as a DVD player so I am glad that they are finally putting it to use!! Between Wall-e and Guitar Hero 3 that PS3 has gotten some major play time the last couple weeks!! LOL

Alright bloggers… I am headed out for the night… I am hoping my creativity strikes soon! I want to get back to scrapping… SOON!

It’s another week… another Monday went by… I totally hate them. They give me the blues like no other. I have no idea why either. They really are just another day after all. Who knows. I made a roast for dinner tonight. I made it in the crock pot. It was so tender it fell apart. It was so yummy!! I missed the gym yesterday and I am disappointed in myself. I am SO close to my goal weight now. In fact I am within 4 pounds!!! I’ve worked SO hard to get this far. I’ve been doing everything that I can and I feel like I am FINALLY happy with the results. Although, there are some areas I would love to tone more, the actual weight loss part for me is over… the struggle… the maintain is easy, it always is. It was the loss that was hard. I am actually looking into the Orovo detoxtoo. There are alot of health benefits to this. I could REALLY use a boost to my energy level too and this should help. There are a TON of detox plans out there but you have to be careful because they aren’t all  what they say they are. This one looks genuine though. I really think my hubby might also enjoy it. He could use the energy boosts also when he’s working swing shifts.

Okay well I need to help Mariah finish up her book report and then I think we are off to crawl in bed a bit early tonight. It’s starting to get VERY much fallish here and very cool. Time to crawl up with blankets and enjoy the fireplace!! Mom needs to relax too!! It’s been on of those days!!

I managed to scrap a page. It took me a while… because for some reason I needed this to be *just* right. It is a page for my god-daughter’s book. I made 2 versions of it… I made the “Got G Baby?” title page for me for my scrapbook because I call her my “G-Baby”. The simple story behind this is… her brother is my god son also and he calls me G-momma. So when Alivia was in utero and they asked my hubby and I to be the god parents to this baby also, we excitely agree and she was dubbed “G-baby” before we knew her sex and will forever be that to me… So that’s the story behind the title… I also made a copy of this page without the title work on it so her mom can add it to her book. I grabbed some things from Wal-mart today that were on clearance. Some paints and markers. We need to start making some promotional items for the fundraising sales coming up at school so I am working on that this week. It’s so exciting to watch all this come together and the students are so excited. They love helping out with all of it too. It’s nice. Okay… well I am still recovering from my night out last night *blush* and my ‘G’ baby is here so I am going to go love up on her. Later bloggers!!
