{At The Lake} This past weekend we headed up to the lake to enjoy the sun and the extremely HOT temperatures. We played in the lake for a good portion of the day on Saturday.. even a little bit on Friday and a late after dinner swim on Friday too. The kids had a lot of fun. This was a mini-milestone for me.. I’ve always had a fear of drowning so I never swim in a lake or large bodies of water. I decided after everything that I’ve been through it was time to come over this fear.. and I did!

Good for you! I don’t care for large bodies of water, either. Mostly because I know fish and sea creatures POOOP in said water! ;)
Looks like tons of fun! Love that shot where he’s throwing your son up. We have a lake here, but I haven’t been in it since it flooded years ago. It’s kind of gross.
