Maukilo toys are a true favorite of mine. I have featured them a few times on the blog and let me just say, this brand will always hold a special place in my heart. Here’s the thing, rarely these days can you buy a toy that will last through more then 1 child, let alone through THREE. The toddler toys at Maukilo that I own have been through both of my children, the several that have been around and grown up coming here and now through my nephew. They are quality toys. I am also so very over all the electronic toys that kids are given these days. Growing up my parents had many wooden toys for me, like lincoln logs, wooden blocks and wooden food. My mom kept them ALL and my brothers later used them, as well as my kids. They lasted. Not a whole lot of toys that can keep that claim!

One of Maukilo’s newest toys for fall is the Sorting Box Animals. This toy us super cute and lots of fun! With four animal scenes on two templates and sorting box with 6 wooden pieces. Little explorers will soon find out what animals likes what food as only the right food will fit through the corresponding hole of the sorting box. It’s learning and fun all in one!
