{POST} Why Go PDF?

AdobeIn the world of blogging and dealing with contracts and all types of documents, something that often comes in handy is a good PDF program like Adobe Acrobat X. There are times that I just need to edit PDF files and Acrobat X does that pretty simply. I honestly have to say when I was first learning about PDF files, it was something I didn’t completely understand. I would rather have printed and signed or added my information then to use PDF. It was just a difficult concept for me. A few times I would create PDF documents of something I had done, because of the size of a PDF. The more I used them the more of a fan I became.

More and more companies started switching to PDF and I started to understand why. You can easily collect data by creating fillable PDF forms from paper or existing electronic files with the Acrobat Form Wizard. Quickly distribute forms, track status, track changes, and analyze results. You can enable anyone, anywhere, to search PDF files and even print your PDF files.

There is so much more when it comes to PDF documents. You can also protect sensitive information with simple-to-use security features, like PDF passwords and digital signatures. It truly is no wonder that people are switching over from the basic documents to PDF files and documents. I’ve found this to be much for effective then I had originally thought. I was forever printing, signing, scanning and with PDF I don’t have to go through that whole process, and I don’t have to use the ink and paper I once did. I safely return the PDFs and then move a copy to an external hard drive for a back up. I can’t believe how amazing this change has been! And who said changes aren’t a good thing!
