Has anyone ever used an online jeweler before? What was your experience? Would you order something of this nature again from online? It seems for us the mom and pop local places are gone and it’s larger chains. That seems like it would be a good thing, but honestly, I’d rather be a person to a company and not just a customer (yes, there IS a difference).
