In-dulj Yourself!

My friends and family will tell you that I am a HUGE fan of yummy treats. I have a sweet tooth that is bigger then most states. I can’t help myself. As a result, I tend to be the go to girl when my family and friends are looking for something delicious. They know I won’t steer them wrong! Recently Dave from in-dulj offered me some of his baked goods. I have to be up front and say, I was wondering what set HIS stuff apart from any other bakery. WELL… I was SHOCKED when the goodies arrived. I mean really, he expected me to share this stuff with my family. I know right!! It was so delicious I wanted to lock myself in a closet until it was all gone, and that worked… until I needed some milk. BUSTED!

In all seriousness the cookies were made perfectly. I love when the cookies are a wee chewy in the center area but still have the crunchy outside. This is a huge thing for me! We tried the Oatmeal Coconut Chip cookies, Chocolate cookies and Sugar cookies. The Oatmeal was a HUGE hit. I am personally not a fan of coconut, but I gave them a go and they were great. I didn’t really taste the coconut too much, so that was a plus! The chocolate cookies were great too. It was a bit too much chocolate for me, but my kids and husband loved them. They had colorful M&M’s in them and were devine! The sugar cookies… I’ve been tossing up exactly how to explain sugar cookies, and I can’t for the life of me come up with words. So I will tell you this… My husband HATES sugar cookies. When I make them for the holidays, when they are bakery bought, etc… he won’t touch them. I DID have him try the in-dulj sugar cookies though as I think it’s good to give 100% feedback. Well… he ate them, and LOVED them. In fact he asked me to purchase some more! I guess the best way for me to explain them is that they are sweet enough to be a cookie, but they are not too sweet. They also don’t have that “dough” flavor that I think a lot of sugar cookies have. These are amazing!

Now… the caramel corn. Side note: hmmmmm I am drooling and having flashbacks, I need to compose myself. The Carmel Corn was amazing. I was so hungry for some and I’ve actually been looking for it pre-made in the store for a few weeks. I am not having any luck finding it though. This came at a great time!! The caramel corn was so fresh! I could taste the freshness in it! The caramel is a homemade recipe as well. I don’t know what the secret is in the caramel corn, but it truly is one of a kind. The smell is even enough to make you want to enjoy!! I guess that is why Dave named the company in-dulj!
