NEW Colgate Wisp PLUS Whitening!

Recently my family had the honor of trying the NEW Colgate Wisp Plus Whitening. Since they come in a 4 pack (also available in 8 & 16 packs) we each tried one. I tried mine after a busy morning on the go. I had eaten a banana followed by a protein bar and milk. I didn’t want to leave that sugar sitting on my teeth and since I wasn’t home it was a good opportunity to try them! My mouth FELT clean. I have to admit, I was skeptic. Really, how could this work with NO water and NO rinse? Wouldn’t it leave a BAD taste in my mouth? But I was VERY pleasantly surprised that it worked and FELT like I JUST brushed my teeth at home. My personal favorite was the little pick at the end. It’s like a tooth pick and you can get into areas that you would floss (if you weren’t on the go). My children both tried them after dinner. They just wanted to check them out. They are 9 and 6. Both of them were amazed with it. And guess what? The coolmint flavor was NOT too much for them. I thought maybe it would be too minty for them, but they were fine. Of course my 6yo was sad when it was over and quickly grabbed and hid another one – for later use. He was too funny. He told me “I might need this at school mom. I don’t want to be all stinky after lunch.” I laughed so hard!! The BIGGEST fan in our house was my husband! He worked 12 hour shifts. They don’t technically get breaks because he is a machine operator. So when he gets things going he has about 10 minutes between “sets” and that is considered a break. Sets run anywhere from 20-40 minutes. So he does that all 12 hours. He was EXCITED to not have to carry around his food breath all 12 hours. He could do this quickly while at his machine and then back to work. He was amazed!

Here’s some information direct from Colgate:

Colgate® Wisp® is a single-use mini toothbrush with a breath-freshening bead that allows you to have a clean, fresh mouth anywhere, anytime – no water or rinsing required. The Colgate® Wisp® cleaning bristles and soft pick help remove food and particles from between your teeth. As you brush, a freshening bead dissolves to release a burst of freshness in your mouth. Colgate® Wisp® is approximately 3.5 inches, which is smaller than an average-sized lip gloss or car key. Colgate® Wisp® is available at mass retailers nationwide. Look for it in the oral care aisle, or buy it online.

LEARN MORE: You can visit Colgate online. There are videos and Q&A’s that list the complete benefits of the Wisp.

BUY IT: More then likely this is available locally at a drug store or retail store, but you can also buy it online.

I would love to hear from my readers! What do you think? Would you use them? Do you have an experience to share?

  8. My husband wanted so badly for me to pick these up the other day for him. He is an Assistant Pastor and it would be nice for him to have for after lunch when he has to meet with people.

I wasn’t sure they would work though and they are slightly more expensive. I’ll definitely have to get them for him.

I love the using them for the hospital idea! What a great gift if you were packing a mommy-to-be hospital bag for a future mommy.

The flight attendant passed wisps out on a recent flight. It seemed an entirely appropriate tool for the situation.
