So Long Weekend!

The weekend is over, well in a few hours. Hubby had off the last 2 weekends and works the next 2. I hate the 2 he works but the kids and I usually find something to do. This weekend we did a few things, but it was a quite weekend. On Friday we did a bunch of miscellaneous errands.  Saturday was another story. I was going to get my nails done and a pedicure and hubby had an appointment to have MORE work done on his sleeve. However, when he got there he was made aware they were doing a sale and called me to come over and have some more work done on my tattoos. I have a couple that need to be revamped and then wanted to add one to the other hip to match the other side. So I went there and found out she would do the one on my hip and redo the ankle one for $70.00. So I did it. And off she began. I am so happy with the way BOTH of them turned out. Here’s the new one:

It’s on my left hip. The picture is crappy because I took it with my camera phone. The one on my right hip looks like this. I am happy with them. The ankle redo was amazing I think. The old one is here. And the amazing redo. I am glad to have them done. I am really happy with both of them and now all I have to do is manage through the healing process!! I hate the healing process!! It is the worst!! But I will get through it.

On Saturday night we watched Jennifer’s Body. It was quite possibly the DUMBEST movie I have seen. UGH! It was so lame I demand my hour and a half of life back! Seriously!

Today we watched 9 with the kids. That was good. They watched it again tonight. They really liked it.

I am finishing up some chores, laundry and other things before tomorrow. Also one of the things I had to do recently was put a new hard drive in my laptop. I am still downloading things and putting things back on it. Slowly but surely. Today windows vista freaked out on me because I had no antivirus software so I took care of that first. I finally loaded Photoshop back on there and now I just have a handfull of other products that I would like to get added on here.

I am so over this winter weather I should have MORE then enough time this week to do things INSIDE. It’s so cold here and not to sound down, but I am just tired of the negative temperatures and ready for the warm… so I am going to hide out inside this week. Tuesday I have to babysit and Thursday afternoon I have to be in school all day and help with a class project in my daughter’s class, but other then that I have a nice quite week, SO FAR! It always starts off that way and then gets so complicated by week end.

Oh yeah… Something I wanted to run past my bloggers and friends… I am thinking about getting extensions! The first time I will have had long hair in over 10 years!! I am not sure if I can do it and they are pretty costly to “try”. Has anyone had experience with them? Okay bloggers… have a great Monday and I will talk to you all soon!!

Your tats look great. Love the way the ankle was redone.

I had extensions. They were fun and I loved them, although I got sick of them after about six weeks. I was in hair school at the time, so I only had to pay for the materials. (Then again, I changed my hair about every other month anyway. lol The glory of hair school.) A lot of people get them and never take them out. I say if you want them, get them and enjoy them, but have a plan for upkeep.

  2. I have no experience with extensions but good luck! :)

Of my tatts, the one I have where you just got that one hurt the worst…I love it! I also dislike the one that is there…the only one of my 7 I’ve ever wanted to cover up. One day, one day. Thanks for stopping by my blog, you know I love you.

If you get extensions we need pics!

Thank you for the useful thoughts.. Yet one more first class contribution, undoubtedly the key reason why my partner and I come for your blogs habitually.
