The VMA's

The VMA’s were on last night and I watched, I LOVE the music industry so it’s not a complete shock. I did have to DVR it to watch it today in completely though because while I was watching that I was always watching the Green Bay Packers vs the Chicago Bears Football game…

Sorry Bears fans… You know there really isn’t a whole lot to say, the Packers don’t need Brett Farve, we still whoop ass in the finally 4 minutes, we still know what we are doing and will still let you team think you have it bagged, and then when you you forget your A game… we bring ours and wipe the field with you. It happens every time. You will learn… someday. *snickers*

My brother was here with me watching the game. We had a good time. He ran to get dinner for us at half time. Then after it was all said and over I watched the VMA highlights and headed to bed. I was a bit shocked at alot of the VMA stuff. I gotta say, Kayne West… WOW!! Seriosuly, how could you be so heartless?? But Beyonce was a class act! That was a moment I think Taylor Swift will never forgot. Her very first VMA, age 17 and it was surrounded by all of that! However, I am glad Kayne did finally apologize to Team Taylor as reported here. I however, searched Kayne’s blog and did not find the post. But he doesn’t need to put it out there to me, as long as Taylor heard it… *I* as a fan did not, so I do not like the fact he includes his statement saying he apologized to fans, when the apologize is no where to be found. Anyway… I was also please that my ever favorite Britney won an award, and Rihanna… love those girls! Is it something about the lighting fixtures or do the dresses they wear have a ton of extra added bling on them?

And what about that Janet Jackson tribute. Am I seriously going to have moments of tears EVERY time there is a Jackson tribute on? I could feel my chest well up and then there it was… the water works! I am a sap I will admit, but something about homicide on a pop legend will do that. Thank you Janet for your lovely tribute!! Michael will be missed by everyone who ever was a music fan!
