I am so fed up by the ins and out of the Sprint Nextel company that I am literally DONE with them! I’ve been with them twice now. I was with them through a 2 year contract and couldn’t wait to leave. I left and went with another company that was a little more money but still had the perks. The service with them was fine, but a friend worked for Sprint and said he could get a great deal on the plans and promised the service had changed. Well it had – a little – ! The deals on the plans were amazing, but nothing compared to the headache we would put up with over the next 2 years to fill out a contract. It was a nightmare from the word go. We had phones that hardly worked. Service areas were spotty at best. Hubby and I recieved text messages about 1/2 the time they were sent. There are some HUGE wrinkles in the service they provide. Wrinkle cream is definetly in order. It was always something each and every day with them. We carried their insurance, however they never wanted to replace the phones according to the plan. It was so flustrating. I am glad that we’ve decided to get out and get on with a new carrier. We are so much happier now that we are Sprint free!! I would never recommend them to my worst enemy!!
