I desperately need to get back on track with going to the gym. After hubby’s surgery on June 13th and then mine on June 26th there just has been alot of time away from the gym and it’s been hard to get back into a routine. I want to get back to going but it’s so difficult to find the desire and the time. I feel like I’ve been incrediably busy. I don’t really have any weight to lose anymore, but I do want to keep my weight at a healthy level. I also want to go to stay fit. My friend is going to the gym now too and taking a weight loss supplement to help her get back in shape after her baby, so I do have a gym buddy… it’s just a matter of getting up and going… It’s so hard to actually get off your butt and get back into the routine again!
