Last night we ended up going out to dinner for hubby’s birthday. I was going to cook, but then I got a phone call about 5pm from my father in law. He said he was on his way into town and thought we should go out to dinner. So I put all the stuff I was getting ready to make back in the fridge and said “OKAY!”. My brother said he’d watch the kids so that we could have a nice dinner and go someplace fancier. So that was nice. A KID-FREE meal!! We opted for a buffet style place… it was a family restraunt, but nice not to have the kids along. We had a nice dinner. Then we came home and had the cake I had gotten earlier in the day. It was triple chocolate. I knew he’d love it… and he did! It was a nice day for him… and this morning I had the pleasure of reminding him he’s a year older! HA!
Onto the ADSR… I finished Challenge 4. It was for an Altered Art layout. We needed 3 pieces of “alter” which could into paint, glitter, wings, etc… So I think I have it. Here’s my finished page.

I am so happy with this page. I just love it. It’s of course my god daughter (aka “G” baby) Alivia. She’s so beautiful and I took this photo of her at 4 weeks old just before she went on her trip to Las Vegas. You can see it here at DST with full credits.
On to my personal “toot”. I am so proud of this! I am SO excited to say that in just 10 months I have lost a total of 35 pounds. I have OFFICIALLY reached my goal weight. I am so excited!! I have done this ALL through the hard work and dedication of going to the gym faithfully 3 times a week. The exercise equipment here at home is another story. That stuff is kinda dusty! *blush* I can’t say I’ve been watching my diet as faithfully although I have been eating MUCH better. I have slipped and had some goodies and I have NOT completely given up the soda (or I may have reached this sooner). BUT, I DID IT!!!!!!! I am so happy!! I am going to continue at the gym and continue working on it and maybe lose some more, but if I don’t I am content. I really am. I’ve met the goal! That’s more then some people can say. It took alot of dedication!Â
Okay, that’s all I have for today bloggers… See you soon!

Congrats Bobbie! I am so proud of you. I know how hard you have worked for this. Way to go, Sweetie!
