Mommy Time & A Layout!!

It’s already the weekend!! I am glad for a couple reasons, but as I sit here writing this I hear the kids fighting in the background and think  ‘No School?!?’ and I really am not all that glad… LOL I need my sanity and sometimes the weekends are the LONGEST ever… wow!! They are already at each other’s throats. I wish they got along better. I really do.  Anyhow… My hubby has to work, nights… that means I can have some scrapping time!! This also means the next 2 weekends he is home. I am super happy about that!! I managed to get one page done today… I am totally in love with the way it came out… Have a look:

However, when your child needs surgery it becomes even more terrifying. This was not your first surgery but hopefully is your last! 7.16.08″ This photo is from when my son had his 2nd set of ear tubes put in and his adnoids removed. I scrapped Mariah’s tonsil removal – which was done the same day, just a few weeks ago… These pictures are still hard to see… I hate when they are sick *sigh* But I am glad the surgeries are over and they are MUCH healthier now as a result. Okay, well the kids are begging for some ice cream so I guess I better do that!! Soon it’s shower time and off to bed for them!! Then the silence begins!! LOL
